Tape yourself and have it playing in the morning - use your phone to record yourself saying each statement out aloud and replay them everyday.
Personal experience using affirmation during TTC
I know firsthand how tough the TTC process can be. I experienced infertility issues and unfortunately suffered three miscarriages before finally holding onto my last two pregnancies, which resulted in twins first and then a single baby. It was a long and difficult journey, but I found that using affirmations was incredibly helpful in getting through it all.
