For example, you might find a book about someone's journey to overcome addiction or depression. These books can be incredibly inspiring and motivating.

Then there are the spiritual self-help books. These are books that draw on spiritual or religious beliefs to offer guidance and advice. For example, you might find a book on how to find inner peace through meditation or how to connect with a higher power. These books can be helpful if you're looking for a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

There are also the general self-help books. These are books that cover a broad range of topics and offer general advice on how to be happier, healthier, and more fulfilled. For example, you might find a book on how to live your best life or how to find your purpose. These books can be a good starting point if you're not sure what you're looking for.

Try to create a cozy and inviting reading space. Make it comfortable with some pillows or a blanket, and make sure there's good lighting. You can even light a candle or diffuse some essential oils to create an extra relaxing atmosphere.

Try to set a reading goal for yourself. Maybe it's to read one book a month or to finish a certain number of pages each day. Having a goal can help motivate you and keep you accountable.
