Mums need to find creative ways to find connectedness and  community, sometimes it’s at playgroups or other face-to-face ways and sometimes it’s through Facebook, listening to a podcast or watching a YouTube video. 


YouTube is a platform to view millions of videos made by everyday people. You can watch how to put a pram in and out of a car, how to wrap a baby, how to introduce solids and much more. You can find anything you need on YouTube.
